By using the method of Gender Theory, this article wants to observe the gender rules and institution of the late Ming dynasty. Through the close reading and analyse of gender discourse in “Sanyan”, the article wants to observe the gender thoughts of its authors, discuss their historic headstream ,and study the relationship bwteen gender thoughts and its literary expression.

본 논문은 성별이론으로 명나라 말기의 기본적인 성별관념, 성별규범, 성별제도 그리고 문인에 미친 영향을 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 논문은 펑몽롱(冯梦龙)과 그의 대표작품인 삼언(三言)을 예로 명나라 성별제도 및 그에 대한 관념의 문학적인 성별말씀의 표현을 분석한다
