With the development of Korea and China in the economic field, especially use of information technology in the field of archives, it has made a new trend of archives education. This paper analyzed the current archives education and compared its differences between the two countries, offered comments to the future development of archival education system.

한국과 중국의 경제적 성장과 더불어, 특히 기록학 분야에서 정보기술의 이용은 기록학교육의 새로운 경향을 만들었다. 이 논문에서는 최근에 한국 및 중국 이루어지고 있는 기록학교육의 현황에 대하여 소개하며 대학교 교육 과정뿐만 아니라 다른 전문 기록기관은 기록전문가를 양성하기 위하여 개설된 교육 과정을 분석하고, 두 나라 사이의 차이점을 비교하며, 나아가 기록학교육체계의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
