This article analyzes development level, production scale, changing characteristics, current situation of vegetable export, theoretical and practical significance of China’s vegetable industry as well as relative advantages and disadvantages of vegetable export, opportunities and challenges, essential factors causing competition on vegetable export, regional macrodivide and evaluation of international market, general situation and feature between China and the export countries and areas. This article is for the purpose of providing basis for study, understanding and master the overall situation about production and export trade of China’s vegetable industry.
