Effect of Passive Stretching and Stretch oneself of the ROM and Blood Circulation

Purpose : This study was to investigate the effect of passive stretching and stretch oneself the cervical ROM and blood circulation, it is an object of one type of passive stretching stretch oneself representing investigate whether similar effects as compared to passive stretching. Methods : This study was chosen as the destination for groups of 20 people Men voluntary university students enrolled in K University in Busan (stretch oneself) and control group (passive stretching) in each of 10 randomly kill, period 4 2015 April 7, 2015 May 28, up to a total of 25 days (4 weeks), conducted once a week for 15 minutes to find out the difference between the cervical ROM and blood circulation before and after the stretching and stretching using a DITI (infrared thermography measuring instruments) and cervical range of motion measurementI saw. Trapezius did not show a statistically significant difference Lt. Trapezius (.044) showed a significant difference. Conclusion : So that adults as well as children can also have reduced physical activity, sedentary form of passive stretching that modern life that forms the living conditions are indispensable, but stretch oneself can also make a difference in this difficult situation by passive stretching the stretch oneself also helps there.
