This study analyzed filed patents relating to graphene technology in Korea, United States, Europe and Japan. In the patent fields relating to graphene technology, the average domestic patent applications rate of each country was about 58%, with Japan having the highest domestic patent application rate, followed by Korea, United States and Europe. Of graphene related technology field, Japan heavily focuses on the gas field in graphene raw material portion, while there are no comparable patents filed in Korea in the same field, which requires more research and development in manufacturing material field.

본 연구에서는 그래핀 분야의 기술과 관련하여 한국, 미국, 유럽 및 일본에 출원된 특허를 분석하였 다. 그래핀 분야에 출원된 각 국가의 내국인 평균 출원비율은 약 58%로 나타났으며, 특허의 내국인 출원비율이 높 은 국가는 일본 > 한국 > 미국 > 유럽 순으로 나타났다. 그래핀 관련 기술 분야는. 그래핀 원료부분에서 일본은 기체분야에 집중적인 출원이 이루어지고 있으나, 전혀 출원이 이루어지고 있지 않아 제조원료의 다양화 측면에서 한국에서도 기체분야에 대한 연구개발이 필요한 것으로 예상된다.
