A Study on Eongan for the Education of Korean Language

The purpose of this study is to take a look at the contents of history of Korean language(revised in 2009) in an effort to increase the value on education in history of Korean language. After reviewing how education in history of Korean language is conducted, we suggest expanding our topic into the areas on history of Korean language life. Eongan explicitly show various daily life languages used in that time, and they have been the most common way of delivering emotions of daily lives. So the letters reflect the true picture of society or individuals. Therefore, Eongan is good resources which can help us see the vivid pictures of old days in many areas including language, education, ethnic, society, economy, and medical. It is important these days to informative those cultural heritages and reorganize them as educational contents as an active way of accepting cultures. Cultural heritages should be preserved in tact to be succeeded by the future generations. Cultural heritages will become more valuable only when they properly meet the cultural desires of students who will lead the information society in the future.
