The purpose of this research is to identify internal and school factors that affect specialized technical high school students self-efficacy in career decision-making and to provide a basic guideline for student career counseling. Key questions established for this study are as follows: First, The level of self-efficacy of specialized technical high school student in career decision-making. Second, Is there difference in self-efficacy of career decision-making depending on specialized technical high school students personal factors(gender, grade, score)? Third, Effect of Is there difference in self-efficacy of career decision-making depending on specialized technical high school students school factors(motive of admission to school, academic adjustment, satisfaction, graduate career)? We surveyed 809 male and female students attending specialized technical high school located in South Korea. Data were analyzed to investigate the types of career decision status of specialized technical high school students using the SPSS 21.0 program. Result of the analysis showed that all personal and school factors have statistically significant impact in self-efficacy in career decision-making. Especially senior class and high score students have high self-efficacy in career decision making. And students who have high satisfaction on their school have high self-efficacy in career decision making. It suggests a necessity to develop and implement the program for caring individual student and school adaptation system. This can help the quality of career counseling program and specialized technical high school students future.

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고등학교 학생의 진로결정 자기효능감의 정도와 진로결정 자기효 능감과 변인 간의 관계 조사하여 진로결정을 앞둔 특성화고등학교 학생들의 진로발달을 이해 할 수 있도록 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다 . 구체적인 연구문제로는 첫째, 특성화고등학교 학 생의 진로결정 자기효능감은 어떠한가, 둘째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 개인변인(성별, 학년, 성 적)에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감은 어떠한가, 셋째, 특성화고등학교 학생의 학교변인(입학동 기, 적응 만족도, 졸업진로)에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감은 어떠한가로 설정하여 구명하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 특성화고등학교 학생의 배경 현황, 진로결정 자기효능감에 관련 된 이론적 배경을 고찰하여 연구도구를 제작하였다. 설문지 구성은 응답자의 일반적 특성 및 진로경로(10문항), 진로결정 자기효능감(24문항)으로 총 34문항을 사용하였으며, 전국 6권 역의 공업계열 특성화고등학교 학생 809명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 는 개인적 변인과 학교 관련 변인 모두 진로결정 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 으며 특히 졸업반인 3학년의 경우와 좋은 성적을 갖고 있는 경우 진로결정 자기효능감의 모 든 영역에서 높을 것으로 나타났으며, 학교의 적응 만족도가 높을수록 진로결정 자기효능감이 높다는 결과가 나왔다. 이에 학생의 학교 적응도와 만족도를 높이기 위한 학교의 지속적인 관 심과 개별화된 진로상담이 필요하다. 따라서 학생들에게 다각적인 방향에서 충분한 진로상담 이 선행된 후 직업 교육을 실시해야만 직업교육의 실효성을 거둘 수 있을 것이다.
