This study, based on parents' demand and cooperation in their children's desirable moral principles, is aimed to look into how personality education related to families has effects on children's basic daily habits, moral judgement ability, and emotional intelligency. The subjects of this study were 40 5-year-old children, attended two nursery schools in G city, Jeollabuk-Do. The subjects of the experimental group were given moral educational activities, consisting of 6 subordinate scopes-consideration, respect, cooperation, share, order, and filial piet, which have 11 subordinate activities respectively, three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with total 36-time large group activities as well as small group activities. The collected data were verified with the SPSS 18.0 program so as for the means and standard deviation, and the analysis of covariance was conducted with advance scores setting as the co-variate, and the increment between the pretest and the posttest was implemented with the T-test. The result of this study showed that the personality education related to families had positive effects on the improvement of children's basic daily habits, moral judgement ability, and emotional intelligency.

이 연구는 유아의 바람직한 인성적 덕목에 대해 학부모들의 요구와 협력을 바탕으로 가정과 연계한 인성교육활동이 유아의 기본생활습관, 도덕적 판단력 및 정서지능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 연구대상은 전라북도 G시에 소재한 2곳 어린이집에 다니는 5세 유아들로 총 2학급의 원아 40명이다. 실험집단에는 배려, 존중, 협력, 나눔, 질서, 효의 6개의 하위영역 총 11개의 하위활동으로 구성된 인성교육활동을 가정과 연계하여 월, 수, 금요일 주 3회 총 36회 대집단 및 소집단활동 형태로 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 SD을 산출하고 사전 점수를 공변인으로 하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였고 사전-사후검사 점수의 증가분에 대한 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 가정과 연계한 인성교육이 유아의 기본생활습관, 도덕적 판단력 및 정서지능 증진에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
