This study is a study that investigated the relationship between Children's Character Education and infant self-assessment scale of personality recognized character education. 이 연구는 보육교사의 인성자기평가와 유아 인성교육인식 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 인천에 소재한 어린이집의 보육교사 373명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 인성자기평가와 유아 인성교육인식에 대한 인식 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC(win 18.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 산출하였고 인성자기평가가 유아 인성교육인식에 어느 정도의 영향력을 끼치는지 알기 위해 다중회기분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 보육교사의 인성자기평가와 유아 인성교육인식 간에는 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 인성자기평가는 유아 인성교육 인식에도 상대적 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이처럼 보육교사의 인성자기평가는 유아 인성교육인식에도 중요한 역할을 수행함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 보육현장의 바람직한 인성교육 강화를 위해 보육교사의 인성자기평가를 높일 수 있는 교사 연수 프로그램이 보급 및 활용되어야 할 것이다.
