This study analyzed the inner pain of those who committed crimes and errors in the society through researching both of the conscious and unconscious states of theirs and how to deal with their inner pains. The researcher explained that the lack of love is the ultimate cause of beginning of committing crimes and the ultimate correction of the tendency of committing crimes is that the society is to offer them the environment of love, through the unconsciousness and brain physiological phenomenon. In addition, they need steady care and healing program with more respect. In order them to be healed from that tendency of committing crimes, the prison shall be a huge healing community and the society needs to change of its thought that they are not the ones to be punished but to be healed because they are not bad people but the victims.

본 연구는 사회에서 일탈과 법을 어긴 사람들의 심리(의식, 무의식)적 탐구를 통해 이들이 범죄를 저지를 수밖에 없는 내면적 아픔과 그 아픔을 어떻게 다루어야 하는가를 분석하였다. 결국 범죄의 시작은 사랑의 결핍으로 시작 된 것이며 그 범죄를 저지른 자에게 결핍된 사랑의 환경을 제공해주는 것이 교정의 궁극적인 방법이 될 수 있다는 것을 인간의 무의식적인 그리고 뇌 생리학적인 현상으로 설명했다. 그리고 또한 큰 틀에서는 보다 존중받는 환경에서 안정된 보호와 치료적 프로그램이 필요하며, 그러기 위해 첫 번째로 해야 할 것은 교도소를 거대한 치료 공동체로 만들어야 한다는 것과 이들이 나쁜 사람이 아니라 이들도 피해자였고 아픈 상처가 있는 사람으로 처벌의 대상이 아니라 치료의 대상으로 인식의 전환이 필요하다.
