Recently, the tendency in the education system is toward the convergent curriculum todeveloping people of interdisciplinary abilities. This study was conducted to develop a clinical competenceassessment program that assists health department students' clinical practice and to examine its learningeffects. Study samples were composed 94 graduating student nurses who were from nursing dept of onM city. This study employed a one-group pre-post test design. knowledge, clinical competence andprofessional images were significantly higher in post test group. That was enhanced by clinical competenceassessment program than that of the pretest group (p<.001). The results indicate that it will help studentsin clinical adaptability of the department of healthcare-Affiliated. Further study will be needed to identifythe effect of a clinical competence and communication skills.

최근 교육형태가 융합인재 양성을 목적으로 융합교육을 선호해 다양한 연구가 시도 중이다. 본 연구는교과 외 과정 중 보건계열 전체 학생들이 일반적으로 숙지하고 있어야 할 임상술기를 선별하여 프로그램 개발·적용후, 향후 전체 보건계열 학생에게 적용 가능한지 그 결과를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 분석결과 본 개요 프로그램은임상수행능력, 임상수행 지식, 전문직 이미지에 도움을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 대상자의 사전 사후연구이며, 이러한 융합 교육과정 환경을 변화시킨다면 의료진 및 환자 간의 대한 공감능력과 의사소통에 대한 문제를해결할 것으로 사료된다.
