Related to the community of freedom and equality, we can find 'The Reich of purpose' and the community of isonomy as a new beginning through Kant's moral philosophy and Arendt’s revolutionary stories. On the one hand, Kant said that the freedom of will is autonomy of will obeying the universal law of rules on one's own, and active freedom. On the other, Arendt found a new beginning and an absolute authority of a constitution of the American Revolution in the mutual engagements and common deliberation of basic self-governing systems. Through the mutual engagements and common deliberation, citizens become lawmakers of 'the Reich of purpose' and the community of isonomy and exercise the public freedom. In the 21st century, we'll not able to find the community of isonomy as the new beginning from the outside the capital = nation = state. A community, as a new beginning can appear from the inside the capital = nation = state Borromean knots combined loosely. With the new beginning, citizens can make 'the Reich of purpose' and the community of isonomy possible as mutual engagement and common deliberation by exercising the public freedom.
