This study is to refocus the intrinsic value of physical education and sport from a phenomenological point of view and physical education through the strengthening of the human self experience and expand opportunities for self-realization. Also, I intended to clarify physical education is the 'process to happiness through the repetition of this process'. First, the quality of the sport experience provides a positive value to the self. Second, the value of sport should be the proportion of participants with an emphasis on inner values of the sport experience. All players and participants pursuit of pleasure rather than material rewards Third, the transition of the physical education to objective values that add value to the process and the participation of physical education is the key to worth pursuing in a phenomenological perspective. Fourth, When a student's experience will be internalized, the necessity of sports education will be established. Through this process it will have an interest in the essential elements of the self for improving the individual's personality. In order to achieve the educational goals of forming a positive self he stressed the value of the subject of self-awareness body and made in to the body of vigorous activity"positive self". Ultimately, the value of the physical education and sport in the phenomenological point of view will not forget that physical education through the strengthening of the self through the repeated experience of the process of expanding opportunities for self-actualization 'process to happiness.' Sports experience is key words in the future, and emphasizes that "the development of a positive self through personal experienceof the movement"
