This article aimed at defining the effect of leisure satisfaction on psychological happiness and life satisfaction for physical activities participation of the elderly. For that, we have selected data of 354 subjects and it was conducted frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 Version program. We have got the result as follows: First, of sub-factor in leisure satisfaction for physical activities participation of the elderly, the physical, social and psychological satisfaction had the significant effect on pleasure of sub-factor in psychological happiness; on the other hand, physical, social, psychological and refreshing satisfaction had the significant effect on self-confidence of sub-factor in physical happiness. Second, physical, social, psychological and environmental satisfaction had the significant effect on life satisfaction. Third, pleasure and self-confidence had the significant effect on life satisfaction.
