This study reviewed 14 years of research on parent and teacher education program for enhancing children's creativity in Korea. For this study, 33 research articles on either parent education or teacher education programs published in Korean journals from year 2000 to 2013 were reviewed. In particular, various facets focusing on the study participants, research methods and findings were reviewed. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was observed that parent education programs were dealt in only 2 research papers, whereas teacher education programs were dealt in many research papers. Finally, it was shown that the majority of parent or teacher education programs for enhancing children's creativity were domain general creative thinking skills. Implications of the study were discussed in depth.

본 연구의 목적은 2000년부터 2013년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 아동의 창의성 발현을 위한 부모・ 교사교육관련 논문을 분석하여 향후 창의성 관련 부모 및 교사교육의 연구방향을 모색하는데 있다. 이 를 위해 최근 14년간 발표된 33편의 연구물을 대상으로 연도별 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구영역 등에 초 점을 두고 아동의 창의성 발현을 위한 부모 및 교사교육 연구의 실태를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 연구대상에 따른 분석결과, 교사를 대상(31편)으로 한 교육에 비해 부모를 대상(2편)으로 한 연구가 매우 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 부모가 아동에 미치는 영향을 감안할 때 향후 창의성 관련 부모교육 연구에 많은 노력을 기해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 연구방법별 분석결과 교사가 창의 성 교육에 대해 어떻게 인식하는지를 파악하는 조사연구가 주를 이루고 있는데 반해, 실험연구는 2편 에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 실질적인 교사 창의성 계발을 위해서는 보다 다양한 교사의 창의 성 프로그램을 연구・개발하여 교육현장에 도입될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 연구영역별 분석결과, 영 역특수적인 교육 연구보다 영역일반에 관한 교육연구가 22편으로 전체 연구의 66.7%를 차지하고 있 는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 부모 ․ 교사교육을 통한 아동의 창의성 증진방안을 개선하는 데 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
