There have been cyber threatens as international cyber armed conflict. There are concerns on using international law and international armed conflict law for international cyber armed conflict and cyber threatens based on Tallinn Manual. But until now, the legal is uncertain and not mentioned about international cyber armed conflict and resolution. Because of that, in this study, we review the limitation of the resolution for the conduct of hostilities in international cyber armed conflict by international law.

다양한 사이버 위협들이 국제무력분쟁으로 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 국가간의 사이버 위협과 분 쟁에 대해 탈린매뉴얼을 통해 기존의 무력분쟁법과 국제법을 적용하는 것이 가능할 것으로 논의되고 있다. 그러나 사이버 국제무력분쟁의 세부적인 형태와 개념들에 대해서는 아직 논의되고 있지 못하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사이버 국제무력분쟁에서의 적대행위 해소의 한계에 대해 국제법적으로 검토한다.
