Traditionally Korean Ginseng has been appraised as the best quality as a medicine for health. However the countries which drive export their other kind of Ginseng to the world becomes serious competitative factors in Ginseng Industry. That's why now it is needed to develop the Korean Ginseng industry competitiveness in exporting to the world. According to the statistics Korea's RCAx is very stable, other countries are fluctuated. But their competitiveness is low price even though their low quality. Otherwise Korean Ginseng export cannot have the barrier into the world market. From 2001 FTA with Chille made the beginning of the agribusiness export to the world. Especially along with the Hallal of the cultural side, this could be improved year by year. Here we can find very specific strategy in Korean Gingseng export and now, we are analysing the new strategy in this hard export situation. If there would be new strategy based upon Hallal and new market into middle east countries will bring new strategies in the Gingseng industry. In this thesis how to make strong in Ginseng export strategy and how to improve the export competitiveness is the main point of research.
