In order to study I categorized influence factors of social policy preference into government expenditure, welfare policy orientation, political participation and orientation, poverty. Using hierarchical regression analysis, Policy implication is suggested as follows. First, improving individual level service satisfaction, pension, military, support for the poor, support for the disabled, employment countermeasure, culture and art, government administration among government expenditure, political satisfaction and interest, individual and social poverty, universal and selective welfare orientation is effective. Second, improving local level service satisfaction, pension, military, public order, support for the poor, support for the disabled, government administration among government expenditure, political satisfaction and interest, individual and social poverty, universal and selective welfare orientation is effective. among influence factors, political satisfaction is very important in particular.

본 연구에서는 2013년 복지패널 부가조사를 활용하여 우리나라 국민들이 사회정책에 대해 어떻게 평가하고 있는지, 이러한 평가 또는 만족도에 어떤 요인들이 영향을 미치는 지를 탐색적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 정부지출 영역중 국민연금, 국방, 빈곤층 생활지원, 장애인 생활지원, 실업대책 및 고용보험, 문화와예술, 정부행정 업무가, 정치참여 및 정향 중 정치적 관심도, 정치만족도, 그리고 빈곤원인중 개인적 빈곤, 사회적 빈곤이외에 복지정 책 정향중 보편적 복지, 선별적 복지 모두 개인복지서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정부지출 영역중 국민연금, 국방, 치안 및 사회질서 유지, 빈곤층 생활지 원, 장애인 생활지원, 정부행정 업무가, 정치참여 및 정향중 정치적 관심도, 정치만족도, 그 리고 빈곤원인중 개인적 빈곤, 사회적 빈곤이외에 복지정책 정향중 보편적 복지, 선별적 복지 모두 지역복지서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로, 정책적 함의를 도출하였는데, 개인복지서비스와 지역복지서비스를 제고하기 위해서는 특히 정치만 족도 제고가 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있다.
