The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of coworker support, family member support, and subjective career success on the work-life balance(WLB). Also, this study aims to find the difference between team member and managerial employees on the relationship of the independent and dependent variables. Because the life roles of the research participants may different based on the life stage, this analysis from two groups. The results showed the statistically significant correlations among research variables. From the results of regression analyses, the statistically significant positive effect of independents variables on work-life balance. Regarding the defference between two groups(team members and managerial employees, the slight difference has been found. Specifically, the effects of cowork support has been identified. This effect is the major influence of individual variables. In the team member group, the subjective career success was the other statistically significant variable in the final regression model. In the managerial position group, the famaily member support was significant variable. Based on the study foundation, both theoretical and practical implications were presented. Also, the suggestions for future study were provided.

이 연구는 홀리스틱 교육의 입장에서 일-생활 균형(work-life balance)과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들 사이의 관계를 설명하고자 한다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 일-생활 균형에 영향을 미치는 동료들의 지원이나 가족구성원들의 지원, 그리고 주관적인 경력성공에 대한 인식의 영향관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 이러한 독립변인들의 영향이 직급에 따라 다를 수 있다는 가정에 기초하여 이러한 영향관계를 관리자직급에 속하는 연구 참여자들과 그렇지 않은 참여자들로 구분하여 결과를 비교하였다. 이를 위해 네 변인 사이의 관계를 기초로 한 연구모형이 도출되었으며, 일차적으로 각 변인들에 대한 기술통계분석과 변인들 사이의 상관관계 분석이 실시되었다. 또한 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 독립변인이 종속변인에 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 일차적으로 연구결과를 통해 연구 변인 사이에는 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 존재한다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 전체 연구 참여자들을 대상으로 도출된 회귀분석의 결과는 모든 독립변인들이 일-생활 균형에 통계적으로 긍정적이고 유의미한 영향력을 가지고 있다는 사실을 확인시켜 주었다. 전체 대상으로 분석한 결과와 동일하게 각 집단마다 대부분의 영향력은 동료지원변수에서 확인되는 것으로 파악되었다. 사원/대리급에서는 주관적 경력성공이, 관리자급에서는 가족구성원지원 변수가 동료지원과 함께 통계적으로 유의미한 변수임을 확인시켜 주었다. 이러한 연구결과에 기반하여 홀리스틱 교육의 입장에서 실천적·이론적 시사점이 도출되고 제시되었다.
