This study has the purpose of analyzing the effects of the occupation satisfaction and job satisfaction on job insecurity of paragliding instructors. For this purpose, 328 instructor were selected as subjects of the study by convenience sampling from the paragliding clubs and schools in korea council of sports for all during July through August in 2014. Collected data were put to multiple regression analysis which in turn led to the following conclusion: First, concerning the effects of occupation satisfaction upon job insecurity; the payment had a significant positive influence on job instability. and the aptitude had a significant negative influence on job instability and personal uncertainty. Second, concerning the effects of job satisfaction upon job insecurity; the co-worker relationship had a significant negative influence on occupational insecurity. and the working conditions and job performance had a significant positive influence on job instability.
