The Effect of Leader Trust in Taekwondo Instructors on Commitment and Satisfaction

This study aims at exploring effects the effect of leader trust in Taekwondo instructors on commitment and satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of this study, a questionnaire survey by self-assessing entry method was conducted. The questionnaire sheets were distributed to 270 persons from 5 Taekwondo gymnasia, final 242 questionnaire sheets excluding dishonest responses were used for statistical verification. The statistical verification techniques used for analyzing these study findings were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, credibility analysis, correlative analysis and regression analysis etc. These study findings obtained by statistical verification are as follows. First, of sub-factors of trust properties, specialization and trust factors have a positive effect on commitment of perception on a statistically significant level. Second, of sub-factors of trust properties, specialization and good feeling factors have a positive effect on commitment of behavior on a statistically significant level. Third, of sub-factors of trust properties, trust and good feeling factors have a positive effect on satisfaction with training on a statistically significant level. Fourth, of sub-factors of commitment of training, commitment of perception and commitment of behavior have a positive effect on satisfaction with training on a statistically significant level. Based on these study findings, following conclusion is suggested. First, specialization to Taekkwondo instructing function should be constantly secured. Leasers will have to ensure practical and theoretical ability for systematic instruction to trainees rather than displaying ability to maximize profit by strengthening business aspects in composing and producing Taekwondo programs. Thus the role of Kukkiwon training instructors and leasers and domestic Taekwondo departments producing specialized majors is very vital, so technique and theory should be distributed to domestic Taekowndo gymnasia through steady research for the continuing progress of domestic Taekowndo setting. Second, it is necessary to strengthen psychological education on leaders' human nature and sociability. Trainees responded much to trust and good feeling to leaders. Thus assistance must be given for smooth communication with Taekowndo leaders and young-age class trainees by carrying out education on relative action to happen in daily life of children and adults breaking away from a specialized education to train instructors, an universal theory of instruction.
