The purpose of stud is the relation among empowerment, profession satisfaction and organization commitment of sports instructor. The subjects for this study totalled 170(male: 119, female: 51) by convenience sampling method. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis using SPSS/PC+ 18.0 and AMOS 17.0 program. The following conclusions were drawn: First, it was shown that empowerment of sports instructor had significantly positive influence on profession satisfaction in statistics. Second, it was shown that profession satisfaction of sports instructor had significantly positive influence on organization commitment in statistics. Finally, it was shown that empowerment of sports instructor had not significantly positive influence on organization commitment in statistics.
