The purpose of this research is to provide basic data needed for boxing clubs to establish efficient management strategies and operational marketing strategies based on the practical evaluation of boxing clubs’ service quality importance-satisfaction and to encourage the general public to have keen interest in boxing. To achieve this purpose, the adults using boxing clubs located in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions were selected as the parent population, and the data of 246 persons were collected through the importance- satisfaction scale on the service quality. And SPSS 18.0 program suitable to the research questions were used to obtain the following results. First, in the difference between boxing clubs’ service quality importance-satisfaction, there were statistically significant differences in 5 questons(Q1: modern facilities equipment, Q9: systematic leadership, Q4: responsible behavior, Q11: convenience of transportation, Q2: near location). And in the average difference between importance and satisfaction, it was represented in order of Q4(responsible behavior), Q1 (modern facilities equipment), Q8(exercise contents causing interest). Second, as for the importance- satisfaction evaluation of service quality, in the 1stquadrant, the main facilities factors, Q13(cleanliness of exercise environment), Q1(modern facilities) questions, and the leader factors, Q7(leader’s expertise) question, and program factors, Q8(exercise contents causing interest), Q3(programs suitable to users), Q12 (exercise time zone) questions were cited. In the 2ndquadrant, only the leader fator Q4(responsible behavior) question, and in the 3rdquadrant, the main facilities factor Q6(cleanliness of surrounding environment) question and accessibility factors Q11(convenience of transportation), Q2(near location) questions were cited. In the 4thquadrant, however, the properties of service quality were not represented. Based on the above-mentioned results, for the sake of efficient service, boxing club managers should provide service by making continuous investments in the necessary areas by weighted value and supplementing and excluding unnecessary areas, then users’ confidence will be accumulated.
