This is a case study on field athlete’s process of exercise in K physical education high school, which describes the level of field athlete’s exercise goals and the psychological states which they go through, while exercising. To achieve this goal of study, I have done qualitative research as a teacher of field athlete’s based on analysis of literature materials, participant observations, in-depth interviewing, phone calls and crucial case records. First, the field athlete's in physical education high school set realistic and ideal goals through themselves, coaches, family, peers, and school, and their goals change based on several factors around them. So the coaches will demonstrate their leadership abilities by checking the situation, in which the athlete's set their goals, through themselves and the surroundings around them. Second, field athlete's in physical education high school express their psychological state, of happiness and distress, physically, socially, and psychologically during their process of exercise. The coaches should support the athletes in a state of psychological happiness by grasping in what situation the athletes feel psychological distress. Third, the field athlete's in physical education highschool said the best plan in order to achieve their goals while reviewing their exercises in high school. athlete's themselves, coaches, family, peers, and the school should try together to achieve the goal. The importance of athlete's change of the course, selection of excellent player, academic and career counseling is emphasized.
