This study was conducted 9 session of ACT program(Acceptance Commitment Training) for Psychological well-being of Men Judo athletes. A Psychological well-being was analyzed by paired t-test pre-post variation through the Psychosocial Health, Sport Anxiety, Achievement Goal Orientation Questionnaire. The obtained, changed, memorable thing by ACT program was examined through open-ended questions. Psychosocial health showed that the perception of sleep disorders and general health more higher in the post. Sport Anxiety showed that the physical anxiety score was lower than pre test. And performance-approach significantly increased in the post-goal orientation. The result of obtained by ACT program was comfort of mind, concentration, acceptance and defusion, awareness of emotion, self-competence and growth, self-roots contexts, and it changed was positive change, power of thought, mental strength, composure, No changed. and it shown that memorable thing was case of positive, awareness, compare of ACT, recognize in open-ended questions. These results were discussed based on the theory and practice of ACT and sport situations.
