Verified the influence that the membership country club provided service affects to the client satisfaction and client loyalty at this research and proved. After selecting the golf course user as a population by using the intentional sampling method, the sampling ordered 282 people for this. Data were analyzed by Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program(p<.05). Results of the research is as follows. First, the course design, course maintenance, human service, accessibility, confusion tardiness has the plus influence on the client satisfaction. The physical environment doesn't have the plus influence on the client satisfaction. The operational service doesn't have the plus influence on the client satisfaction. Second, the course design, course maintenance, human service, operational service, accessibility, confusion tardiness has the plus influence on the client loyalty. The physical environment doesn't have the plus influence on the client loyalty.

이 연구에서는 회원제 골프장 제공서비스가 고객만족도 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 검정하였다. 이를 위해 골프장 이용자를 모집단으로 선정한 후, 의도적 표집방법을 이용하여 282명을 표집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 유의수준은 .05로 설정하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제공서비스와 고객만족도에 영향을 살펴보면, 코스디자인, 코스관리, 인적서비스, 접근성, 혼잡지각은 고객만족도 에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 물리적 환경, 운영서비스는 고객만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는다. 둘째, 제공서 비스와 고객충성도에 영향을 살펴보면, 코스디자인, 코스관리, 인적서비스, 운영서비스, 접근성, 혼잡지각은 고객 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 물리적 환경은 고객충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는다. 고객만족도를 높이 고 고객충성도를 향상시켜 장기 고객을 만드는 것은 경기침체 및 경영난 등의 어려움 속에서도 안정적으로 골프 장을 운영할 수 있는 중요한 원동력이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
