Reinforcing bar work, the most basic process of reinforced concrete work changes to factory processing the automated system from existing traditional method. Considering manufacture and distribution of rebar, the purpose of this study is studying shop drawing that field engineer can use easily and fundamentals of system development of standardized two-dimensional rebar distribution shop drawing for cost reduction(focused on wall). Currently, almost shop drawing is three-dimensional that is complicated and lack of construct ability. But, it can be helpful to field engineers to use two-dimensional considering field construct ability. And also two-dimensional shop drawing program can be changed easily in response to change of field construct. So it can save time when using program. Later, standardization of reinforcing detail should be formed by identical system and expression method, and writing program for reinforcement placing which is another structural member also needed.

본 연구는 철근의 가공 및 배근상태를 감안하여, 현장 시공기술자가 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 표준화된 벽체 철근배근도 작성의 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 3차원으로 표현되는 철근배근도가 복잡하거나 시공성을 반영하기 힘든 것에 비해, 2차원으로 표현되는 철근배근도는 시공성을 고려하거나 현장 여건에 따른 잦은 설계변경에 대응하여 시공 기술자들이 쉽게 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이러한 철근배근도 작성을 자동화하여 배근도 작성의 시간을 절약할 수 있을 것이다. 추후 배근 상세가 동일한 체계 및 표현방식을 가지도록 표준화에 대한 연구와 벽체 외의 타구조 부재인 보, 기둥, 슬래브 등 부재의 위치 및 형상에 따라 프로그램의 적용이 다르므로 이에 대한 추가적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 본다.
