The purpose of this study is to examine the problem for translation verification in the process of translation notarization. In process notarization and translation, there was no act of verification of the translations. Because the act of translation notarization, is not the authentication of the translation, but check the name and signature of the person who performed the translation. Unlike the private documents, official document have the public trust, but in the current system of translation notarization system, there is no effort to ensure the accuracy of the translation and the fidelity. As a result, mistranslated official documents are submitted to the public institutions. or it still occur to notarized public documents be rejected from foreign authorities. For such events are not repeated, it is necessary to further strengthen the credentials of the translation and for professional translators to thoroughly verify the translation, taking part in notarization process.
