This study overviews the afterschool child classroom policy of japan and reviews analyses and recent trends of the afterschool child classroom school field implementation cases of japan. On the basis of these, this study is to derive concrete implications and improvement strategies which are related to the afterschool childcare classroom school field implementation of korea. For these purposes, this study reviews the afterschool child classroom policy trends of japan. The features of afterschool child classroom policy of japan are examined in terms of eleven categories. Also, the features of 2 school field implementation cases of japan which use positively human and physical resources of community are analysed in terms of eight categories. In addition to it, recent trends of the afterschool child classroom school field implementation cases of japan which use positively human and physical resources of community are reviewed. By synthesizing these, 13 concrete implications which are related to the afterschool childcare classroom school field implementation of korea are suggested. In conclusion, 7 improvement strategies for the afterschool childcare classroom school field implementation of korea are suggested. That is, ① students who wish to participate beyond the carrying capacity of school need to be selected on the basis of the criteria of the school itself. ② the principle of burden of the beneficiaries needs to be applied. ③ precautions are necessary if the afterschool childcare classroom is further expanded in the future. ④ promoting regional information sharing and cooperation with the Care Council is needed. ⑤ strengthening the educational function of the home is needed, and there is a need to explore of reducing the burden of school. ⑥ utilizing human and material resources of the community to reduce the burden on schools and teachers is needed. ⑦ establishing a systematic data collection, evaluation and feedback system for the afterschool childcare classroom is needed. ⑧ in order to enhance the awareness of parents about the purposes and strategies of the afterschool childcare classroom, strengthen the promotion.

본 연구는 일본의 방과후 아동교실 정책과 방과후 아동교실 학교 현장 운영사례 분석과 최근 동향을 살펴보고 이를 토대로 한국의 방과후 돌봄교실 학교 현장 운영에 주는 시사점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시한다. 일본의 방과후 아동교실 정책 동향과 방과후 아동교실 정책의 대표적인 특징을 추진배경, 법과 제도, 목표, 책무성과 효과, 운영주체, 위탁형태, 교육장소, 지도강사, 지도강사 자격기준, 재원, 프로그램 내용의 측면에서 알아보았다. 또한 일본의 방과후 아동교실 학교 현장 운영 사례 중 지역의 인적․물적 자원을 적극적으로 활용한 2가지 운영 사례를 8가지 항목으로 특징을 분석하고, 최근 동향을 살펴보았다. 이들을 종합적으로 논의하여 우리나라 방과후 돌봄교실 학교 현장 운영에 주는 시사점 13가지를 도출했다. 결론에서 우리나라의 방과후 돌봄교실 학교 현장 운영 개선방안을 ① 희망하는 학생들을 대상으로 하되 수용 정원을 초과할 경우 학교 자체 선정 기준에 의거하여 선정한다. ② 수강료는 많든, 적든 수익자 부담을 원칙으로 한다. ③ 향후 돌봄이 더욱 확대될 경우 대비책 마련이 필요하다. ④ 지역돌봄협의회 등과 정보공유 및 협력을 도모한다. ⑤ 가정의 교육적 기능을 강화하고 학교의 업무 부담을 줄여주는 효과를 모색할 필요가 있다. ⑥ 지역사회의 인적, 물적 자원을 활용하여 학교와 교사의 업무부담을 줄인다. ⑦ 초등돌봄교실에 대한 체계적인 정보수집, 평가 및 환류 시스템을 구축한다. ⑧ 학부모에게 초등돌봄교실 운영의 취지와 방안에 대한 인식제고를 위하여 홍보를 강화한다. 로 제시하였다.

本研究は、日本の放課後児童教室ポリシーと放課後児童教室学校現場運営の事例分析と最近の動向を見て、これを土台に韓国の放課後ケア教室学校現場運営に与える示唆を導出し、改善案を提示する。日本の放課後児童教室政策の動向と放課後児童教室ポリシーの代表的な特徴を推進背景、法制度、目標、責務と効果、運営主体、委託形態、教育の場所、インストラクター、指導講師資格基準、財源、プログラムの内容の側面から調べてみた。また、日本の放課後児童教室学校現場運営事例中地域の人的物的資源を積極的に活用した2つの事例を8つの項目に特徴を分析して、最近の動向を調べてみた。これら総合的に議論して、韓国放課後ケア教室学校現場運営に与える示唆13を導出した。結論から韓国の放課後ケア教室学校現場運営の改善案を ①希望する学生を対象とするが、収容定員を超えた場合、学校自体の選定基準に基づいて選定する。②受講料は多かれ、少なかれ受益者負担を原則とする。③今後面倒がさらに拡大された場合対策づくりが必要である。④地域ケア協議会など情報の共有と協力を図る。⑤家庭の教育機能を強化し、学校の業務負担を軽減する効果を模索する必要がある。⑥地域社会の人的、物的資源を活用して、学校と教師の負担を減らす。⑦小学校ケア教室の体系的な情報収集、評価、および還流システムを構築する。⑧親に初等ケア教室運営の趣旨と方法に対する認識を高めるため、広報を強化する。に提示した。
