This study was to investigate the correctional facility mainly to differences in job satisfaction of workers welfare correction facilities. Through research it was found the following facts. Correction welfare facilities were differences on job satisfaction and acceptance of the official in charge of personnel in charge of the copper workers, there was a difference in job satisfaction according to sex and marital status. Also showed that a significant difference depending on the presence or absence of alcohol presence and exercise habits. This fact has a demographic and job type and lifestyle influences job satisfaction of employees correctional facilities could notice that. Therefore, it is required for precise correction welfare facilities and social support and interest survey than for those who suffer from social workers and field overall effort to reduce the stress and job satisfaction of employees.

본 연구는 수용자에 대한 구금 확보 및 교정·교화의 업무를 수행하고 있는 교정복지시설 종사자들의 직무만족도를 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 인구사회학적 특성 중에서는 성별, 결혼 유무, 학력에 따라 직무만족도에 차이가 있었으며, 직무에서는 부서와 수용동 담당에 따라 직무만족도에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생활 습관에 있어서는 음주 유무와 운동 유무에 따라 직무만족도가 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교정복지시설 종사자의 직무스트레스는 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교정복지시설 종사자의 스트레스 감소와 직무만족을 위해서 사회전반적인 노력과 현장에서 고생하는 종사자들을 위한 보다 정확한 실태조사와 사회적 지원과 관심이 필요하다.
