The preservation state of Yuhoedang(bu)gigungje is the best of all memorial service buildings existed in Daejeon City. It is unique that the buildings which have multi function was built in one space. Also with Yuhoedangjongga, Yeogyeongam, geoeopjae, sansindang, it is convincing evidence of showing the history and tradition of its village, and valuable cultural heritage designated as this local cultural asset. And it has great value that this building play an important role in this village up to now. Although this village has been taken its position near the heart of a city, it wasn't developed. But recently Nambu circular expressway was built in front of this village. So the village was damaged. The thoughtless built housing has been built under the name of village visualization, and it has continually destroyed the surrounding scenery. So exhaustive conservation plan about cultural properties and natural scenery protection will have to be made.

본 연구의 시간적 범위는 유회당 권이진이 출생한 1668년부터 시작하여 무수동에 이거정착하여 종가를 비롯한 유회당, 여경암등이 건축된 1707년부터 1715년으로부터 시작하여 그 후손들에 의해 1882년에 건립된 산신당 건축 년대까지를 대상으로 하였고 복원과 보수가 중첩적으로 이루어지던 년대를 중점적으로 잡았다. 연구의 방법은 건축물에 대한 기초적 문헌조사를 통하여 실증적 자료를 고찰하였고, 그 건축형태를 파악하기 위해 현장답사와 함께 실측조사를 병행 실시하여 배치형태 및 평면유형과 내부형태 구조형식 입지조건 등을 조사하였다. 그리고 유회당 종가에 가전되어오는 팔폭병풍의<무수동도>를 통하여 유회당일원 건축 창건당시와 현재까지의 상황을 비교 검토하여 조사대상건물의 변화 발전과정을 살펴보았다.
