This study of purpose is to analyze tourism satisfaction for domestic ports of call asthe scale of cruise tourism in Korea increase, and to prepare plan for improvement oftourism competitiveness in domestic port cities for cruise. For such purpose, this studyhas categorized cruise tourists by port of call based on result of survey on cruisetourists in 2013, which is published by Korea Tourism Organization, and has analyzedthe factor that influences tourism satisfaction. As the result, tourism satisfaction variedin food, immigration procedure, traffic, and shopping; future marketing for each portmay adopt such factors for establishment of strategy. In common, the destination andschedule influenced significantly on tourism satisfaction, while expense did not havesignificant influence. The result of this study has significance in providing usefulinformation for establishment of tourism marketing strategy in order to increase cruisetourists and revitalize cruise ports, by analyzing influence factors of tourismsatisfaction for each cruise port.

본 연구의 목적은 방한 크루즈관광객 규모가 급증함에 따라 국내 기항지별 관광만족도 분석을 통하여 국내 크루즈항만도시의 관광경쟁력 제고방안을 마련하는 것이다.
이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국관광공사에서 발간한 2013년 크루즈관광객 실태조사결과를 토대로 방한 크루즈관광객을 기항지별로 구분하여 관광만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 각 기항지별로 음식, 출입국 절차, 교통, 쇼핑 등에서관광만족도에 차이가 나타나 향후 크루즈 기항지별 마케팅 전략수립에도 이러한 특성을 반영할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 공통적으로는 관광지·일정이 관광만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 경비는 관광만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 크루즈기항지별로 관광만족도 영향요인을 분석함으로써 해당 도시의 크루즈관광객 유치증진 및 크루즈항만 활성화를 위한 관광마케팅 전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공한 측면에서 의의가 있을 것이다.
