This study set out to develop Gukhaengsuryukdaejae of Samhwa-sa Temple as Buddhist Cultural Contents and explore the possibilities of its utilization in various fields. It also aimed to discover diverse values inherent in it and make a contribution to its development and active utilization as Cultural Contents with complex uses in mind. The study was based on the important perceptions of its social integration function. Gukhaengsuryukdaejae of Samhwa-sa Temple is a Buddhist sermon to invite all creatures in the world of confrontations and conflicts, gave them offerings, and move them toward a clean world through reconciliation and communication. The study proposed a three-stage project to develop it as Cultural Contents. Stage 1 involved collecting source data and turning them into an archive for development for various uses. Stage 2 involved the development of further upgraded content by processing resource data. Stage 3 on the development of utilization content proposed content development fit for the smart media environment. The strategies for the complex utilization of its content include establishing a conservation and utilization strategy according to the contemporary trends, developing multimedia platform-based content, and orienting the developmental efforts toward the direction of cultural products to create a new culture based on experiences. It is also required to set a prospect to make Gukhaengsuryukdaejae of Samhwa-sa Temple a leading brand of 2018 Winter Olympics and build an immersive media-based museum for the preservation and experience of its original form through the development of Cultural Contents.

본 논의는 삼화사 국행수륙대재를 불교문화콘텐츠로 개발하고 이를 다양한 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 타진 하고자 한다. 아울러 삼화사 국행수륙대재의 다양한 가치를 발견해내고 복합적인 활용을 염두에 두고 문화콘텐츠로 개발하고 적극 활용하는데 이바지 하고자 한다. 이는 삼화사 국행수륙대재가 가지는 사회 통합적 기능을 중요하게 본 것이다. 삼화사 국행수륙대재는 대립과 갈등의 세계에서 모든 생명을 초청하여 공양을 베풀고 화해와 소통을 통해 청정한 세계로 나아가게 하는 열린 법석이다. 본 논의에서는 삼화사 국행수륙대재를 문화콘텐츠로 개발하기 위해서 3단계로 작업할 것을 제안하였다. 먼저 1차로 다양한 활용을 위한 개발을 목적으로 원천자료를 채취하여 아카이빙 작업을 수행한다. 2차 콘텐츠 개발에서는 원천 자료를 가공하여 보다 업그레이드된 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 3차 활용콘텐츠 개발은 스마트 미디어 환경에 맞는 콘텐츠 개발을 제안하였다. 수륙재 콘텐츠의 복합적 활용 전략으로는 첫째, 현 시대 트렌드에 맞는 보존과 활용전략을 수립하고, 둘째 다매체 플 랫폼 기반의 콘텐츠를 개발하며, 셋째 체험 기반의 새로운 문화 창조의 문화상품으로 활용하기 위한 방향을 지향해 야 한다. 아울러 삼화사 국행수륙대재는 2018년 겨울올림픽의 대표 브랜드로 이끌어 갈 수 있는 전망을 세우고, 원형의 보존 과 체험을 위해서는 문화콘텐츠 개발을 통한 실감미디어 기반의 박물관 구축이 필요함을 밝혔다.
