This study, by investigating how multicultural family support center workers’ cultural competence and spiritual well-being affect their job satisfaction, aims to provide information on how much cultural competence and spiritual state practitioners should consider when holding counsel with service users who are the multicultural families for enhancing one’s job satisfaction. For the foregoing objectives, this study conducted a survey using purposive sampling targeting 130 workers of a multicultural family support center in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of research, the factors affecting multicultural family support center workers’ job satisfaction were existential spiritual wellbeing, cultural awareness, cultural knowledge, education. Based on the above study results, this study suggested practical implications workers can practice on the basis of cultural competence and spiritual well-being related to multiculture-related workers’ job satisfaction.

본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 문화적 유능감과 영적 안녕감이 직무 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써 실천가들이 자신의 직무만족 증 진을 위해 다문화가족인 서비스 이용자들과 상담을 할 때 문화적 유능감과 영 적 상태를 어느 정도 고려해야 하는지에 관한 정보를 제공하고자 하는데 목적 이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도의 다문화가족지원센터 종사자 130명을 대상으로 유의표집을 통해 조사하였다. 연구결과, 다문화가족지원센터 종사자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들 은 실존적 안녕감, 문화적 인식, 문화적 지식, 학력으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 다문화분야 종사자의 직무만족과 관련하여 문화 적 역량과 영적 안녕감을 기반으로 한 실천적 제언들을 제시하였다.
