The aim of this study is to explore the enhancement of listening comprehension in TOEIC by using BBC TV drama. Seventy-eight participants were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. With 4 different types of activities on the basis of Sherlock Holmes were employed. An experimental group outperformed overall listening parts. Among the four parts of TOEIC listening comprehension, part four was affected most by the drama using activities and showed statistically significant difference. The result also showed that part one was influenced least by those activities. Overall students were positive on using drama in listening class, and the motivation feature of drama was counted as the most responses regarding the activities.
