In this paper, we proposed a plan to train forensic professionals for copyright infringement that illegally reproduction or spread literary productions in cyberspace. We established a qualification and training plan for copyright infringement forensic professionals based on education structure for fostering digital forensics experts. The qualification must include the legal knowledge of copyright, digital forensic techniques, and copyright infringement investigation techniques. We proposed training plan such as convergence/complex educational system and programs considering the educational targets, processes, and career, a prequalification system for certification, and verification system using the internship. Copyright infringement forensic professionals are not required to train like digital forensics experts, but it is desirable to operate a specialized curriculum that can acquire knowledge and skills.

본 논문에서는 사이버공간에서 소통되는 저작물을 불법적으로 무단 복제하거나 전파하는 저작권침 해를 조사할 수 있는 과학수사 전문인력 양성 방안을 제안하였다. 디지털 포렌식 전문가 양성체계를 기반으로 저작권침해 과학수사 전문인력의 자격과 양성방안을 수립하였다. 전문인력 자격으로는 디지 털 포렌식 기술, 저작권침해 조사 기술, 저작권에 대한 법률적 지식을 지녀야 한다. 양성 방안은 교육 대상, 과정, 진로 등을 고려한 융 복합적 교육체계와 프로그램, 자격 인증을 위한 자격제도, 인턴제도 를 활용한 검증제도 도입을 제안하였다. 저작권침해 과학수사 전문인력은 디지털 포렌식 전문인력과 별도로 구분하여 양성할 필요는 없지만, 전문지식과 기술 습득시킬 수 있는 특성화된 교육과정을 운 영하는 것이 바람직하다.
