The research investigated recent Japanese textbooks in highschool focusing on the articulation of education and curriculum. Specifically, the study investigated the articulation of curriculum vertically and horizontally based on 『NIHONGOⅠ』 『NIHONGOⅡ』. Considering these, the author speculated the problematic situation of textbooks and coming assignments. 1) The author researches the difference of language skills in communication about 『NIHONGOⅠ』 『NIHONGOⅡ』 of 2009 amended curriculum. 2) The author researches 『NIHONGOⅠ』 『NIHONGOⅡ』 whether these have horizontal articulation or not. 3) The author researches 『NIHONGOⅠ』 『NIHONGOⅡ』 whether these have vertical articulation or not. 4) The author speculates coming assignments based on 2009 amended curriculum.
