This entry has been accelerated by the increase of a multicultural society such as migrant women, international students from the International Marriage influx of foreign workers and instruments Korea society. Due to differences in language, culture and skin color so they are irrelevant in mainstream society. Multicultural families not only cultural differences, but they are in a state whose economy is difficult due marry the man does not have the economic capacity. The multicultural families have to solve diverse and complex problems. Including multicultural children's learning maladjustment, teasing or bullying, negative perceptions, for parents from multicultural families suffering economic hardship and finding job. Negative perceptions about the culture and language of the parents' country. The problem of youth education at home. Especially, in the case of Chosonjok family, mother speaks Korean well, but have had trouble in their children's education, due to differences in perception, cultural difference and identify confusion in Korea. 세계화의 물결 속에서 빈번히 일어나고 있는 국가 간 인구이동은 다문화국가, 다문화주의에 대한 인식을 보편화시키고 있다. 한국사회는 외국인 노동자들의 유 입과 국제결혼으로 인한 이주여성, 외국 유학생 등의 증가를 계기로 다문화 사회 로의 진입이 가속화되고 있다. 이러한 다문화시대의 도래에도 불구하고 한국사회는 아직까지 이념적 가치관 측면에서 이에 대한 준비가 되어 있지 못 한 상황이다. 피부색이 다르고, 문화 및 언어가 다르다는 이유로 주류사회로부터 소외되고 있고, 특히 문화적 차이뿐만 아니라 다문화 가정의 특성상 국내 결혼시장에서 경 제력이 약한 결혼취약 남성과 이룬 가족이므로 사회경제적 측면에서 취약한 상태 에 있다. 결혼이주 여성의 적응상의 어려움은 어머니와 가장 밀착된 자녀에게 영 향을 주게 된다. 다문화 가정이 풀어야 할 문제는 다양하고 복잡하다. 다문화가정 자녀들의 학 습 부적응, 놀림이나 따돌림, 다문화가정이 겪는 경제적 어려움과 취업, 부모출 신 문화와 언어에 대한 부정적인 인식, 가정에서 청소년 교육의 문제 등이 있다. 특히 재한 조선족 가정의 경우 어머니가 한국어를 잘 구사하지만 인식의 차이, 문화차이와 정체성혼란 등으로 인해 자녀교육에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본고에서는 한국내 다문화가정에서의 청소년 교육에 주안점을 두어 살펴보되 중국조선족의 사례도 함께 살펴보도록 하겠다.
