The purpose of this study was to investigate the configuration factors exploitation of teacher human resource development(HRD) on erudition. A comprehensive literature review and the delphi survey allowed seven key elements of HRD for teacher. Through a survey that was conducted on ten experts; eruditionalists, educationalists, scholars of human resources development, education researchers and the items were justified for the contents. The analysis resulted in the identification of seven key elements of teachers HRD including ‘the capacity of cooperative erudition,’ 'problem-solving,' 'creativity,' ‘the ability to make meaning,’ ‘the power of execution,’ 'the self-directed ability,' and ‘the capacity of reformatting’. This study contributes to expand perspectives on teachers education used in existing HRD. Moreover, the result of this study has significance for HRD in that the study creates and verifies an available investigating HRD for teachers from the viewpoint of lifelong learning in the practice. Therefore, this research is expected to provide indicator for education of teachers and to contribute to showing political direction for improving the expertise of teachers.

본 연구의 목적은 배움의 관점에서 바라본 교사 인적자원개발 패러다임을 구축하기 위한 구성요인을 실증적으로 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 배움학자, 교육학자, 인적자원개 발 실무자, 교육기관 연구원 등 전문가 집단을 활용한 델파이 연구방법을 활용하였다. 분석결 과, 교사 인적자원개발을 시행할 때 고려해야 하는 것은 공동 배움력, 문제 해결력, 창의력, 의미 생성력, 실천력, 자기 주도력, 개조력 등의 교사 역량을 신장시켜 줄 수 있는 프로그램 이 필요함이 나타났다. 특히, 교사들은 협업의 인적자원개발이 될 수 있는 프로그램과 교사의 배움에 관한 욕구 즉, 교육 수요자들의 요구조건을 반영한 인적자원개발이 필요함을 요구하 고 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 학교현장의 상황과 현 정책방향의 연계성을 고려한 안정적이고 지속 적인 인적자원개발을 요구하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 교사 인 적자원 개발에 대한 교육적․정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
