Effects of Non-Dominant Lower Extremity Muscle Training on the Balance Ability
초록
영어
PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to perform, please refer to the change of the balance ability through the muscle strengthening of the non-dominant side of the lower extremities. METHOD : Pre-targeted ultrasound was through the more than 10% of the thickness difference between healthy adults 20 people quadriceps femoris strength training in the four weeks after the non-dominant side of the balance through the balance master the ability to measure changed. RESULT : 1) When compared to checks and balances in the stability limit movement in Reaction time, Endpoint excursions, Directional Control has improved the dynamic balance ability. 2) The weight shift of before / after was no change, but it change to the left / right weight shift in check of dynamic weight shift, there was a significant difference in on-axis Velocity Slow. 3) The dynamic balance ability based on sex, there was no significant difference in balance ability. In BMI, there was a statistically significant difference between overweight and normal weight. CONCLUSION : It was found to improve the dynamic balance ability through the strengthening of the non-dominant quadriceps femoris exercises effects on the weight transfer dynamic before/after. Thus, the strengthening of the quadriceps femoris exercising non-dominant side and found to had a positive impacts partially balance ability.
