발도르프 교육환경의 고찰을 위해 발도르프 유아교육의 원리와 교육환경을 살펴보고 면담을 통한 실제를 살펴보았다. 현실적으로 국가수준의 영유아교육이 이루어지고 있는 어린이집과 유치원에서는 표준보육과정과 누리과정을 적용하고 있기 때문에 발도르프 교육을 완벽하게 적용하기가 쉽지는 않다. 3년이상 발도르프 교육을 위해 정기적인 교사교육에 참여하고, 국가 수준의 교육과정을 수행하면서 운 영자와 교사들은 유아기의 소중한 발달과정을 지원하고자 하는 노력을 쉬지 않고 있음이 나타났다. 고 찰의 과정에서 교사는 평가를 위한 업무 과중으로 효과적인 교수활동을 수행하기에 부담을 가지고 있 으며 특히 발도르프 환경 구성을 위한 교재나 교구를 만드는 것에 대해 물리적 시간의 부족이 그 이 유로 나타났다.
