The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among sport activity participation, physical self-efficacy, and self-esteem in middle school students. To achieve this purpose, the subject was selected by middle school students. In total, 370 survey questionnaires were distributed and 309 questionnaires used after eliminating 61 incomplete samples. There are 4questionnaires of sport activity participation and two questionnaires(Physical self-efficacy, and Self-esteem). The collected data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The results were as follows; First, the characteristics of sport activity participation made a statistically significant differences in physical self-efficacy. Second, the characteristics of sport activity participation made a statistically significant differences in physical self- esteem. Third, Middle School Students of Physical Self-efficacy had a significant influence on Self- esteem.
