Internet has changed customers’ consumption patterns a lot. And it also has changed the manufactures’ sale model. These phenomena bring us reformation and challenge. In direct channel, price is always cheaper than that in traditional channel and we can get much profit. Empirical studier shows that lead time is one of the major factors influencing consumer acceptance. A short lead time can increase the logistics, but the long lead time will reduce customers’ acceptance and the loyalty. Therefore, researching the lead time and the profit is important for dual-channel. In this paper, we study the lead time in centralized dual-channel supply chain and its impact on profit.
