대학 내 진로지도 교과목의 효과적인 수업방법에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is about effective teaching methods career subject classes in college. There were lots of trial studies for verifying the effect of career subject classes but there were almost nothing about studies for teaching methods in college. This study tries to tested to reach the goal for verifying teaching methods, this research want to show helpful messages for teaching methods regarding career subject classes in college. There were 147 students participants in this study; 60 students took the career- related activity classes, 42 students took the career classes which comes from the professor's one-sided theory and lecture, 45 students did not take any career subject classes in 4-year college in Seoul. The measuring instrument were 'career identity' test, 'career decision-making self efficacy' test, and 'career preparation behavior' test. The result of this study are as follows : First, students took the career-subject classes oriented students' activity have made remarkable progress in 'career identity'. Second, students took the career-subject classes centered students' activity have made significant progress in 'career decision-making self efficacy'. Third, students took the career-subject classes with students' activity have achieved surprising progress in 'career preparation behavior'. As a result, career-subject classes should be applied as students' activity oriented classes, according to their majors and college year, career-subject classes should be planned and operated as required course in college. In next study, we need to test the effect of the career guide concerning their majors and college year.
