The purpose of this study was to examine the impact relationship between theentrepreneurship in the limited capital invested Dessert cafe businesses and its businessperformance. The proposed model is analyzed to target limited capital invested dessert cafeowners, and tests various theoretical research hypotheses. As a result of the analysis,entrepreneurship was divided into three factors, proactive, risk-taking, and safety pursue. However, entrepreneurship was usually divided into innovative, proactive and risk- taking,as previous studies. Business performance was divided into two factors, non- financialperformance and financial performance. Summarize the results of this study, firstly, the proactive of entrepreneurship on thefinancial performance were investigated significantly. Second, the proactive, risk-taking andsafe pursue of entrepreneurship on non-financial performance were investigated significantly. The results of this study will provide various implications to improve business performanceand entrepreneurship in dessert cafe.

일반 소비자들의 디저트에 대한 개념의 변화, 디저트를 자주 접하는 생활방식으로의변화로 인하여 디저트에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있기 때문에 이에 대응하여 소자본으로 창업한 다양한 규모의 서구식 및 한국식 디저트 전문점들이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 권리금과 보증금을 제외한 7,000만원 이하 소자본으로 서구식 및 한국식 디저트 전문점 창업자들을 대상으로 기업가정신과 성과와의 관계를 알아보고, 창업자의개인적 특성에 따른 기업가정신과의 차이 그리고 개인적 특성에 따른 성과와의 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서의 실무적 시사점은 소자본투자를 통한 디저트카페 창업은재무적인 성과보다는 비재무적인 성과를 추구한다면 성공할 가능성이 높다고 하겠다. 또한 설문에 응답한 소자본 창업자들은 디저트카페 시장이 조금 더 성장할 가능성이있다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다.
