This paper empirically analyzes the impact of Northeast China's trade with Russia of the impact on regional economic growth in Northeast China. Since China and Russia geographically have closed, so not only from the economic viewpoint of the regional economic growth, but also from the regional cooperation viewpoint with neighboring countries has the important significance. This paper is based on the existing research, and different from the another research, tried to improve the research methods, and attempt to merge the effect of the trade, establish a panel regression models. The regression model is based on the regional economic growth model, and includes labor and capital , and includes the export and import. According to the results, Northeast China and Russia's exports, and import have a positive impact on the regional economic growth in Northeast China, and has a statistically significant. As can be seen in Northeast China's trade with Russia on regional economic growth is important, from a regional perspective, Heilongjiang province is relatively more obvious regional economic growth.

본 논문은 중국의 동북3성 지역과 러시아의 무역이 동북3성 지역경제 성장에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석한다. 중국의 동북3성의 러시아와 지리 적으로 인접해 있으며 지역경제성장이라는 경제적인 측면뿐만 아니리 주변 국가와의 지역협력이라는 측면에서도 중요한 의의를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 연구들을 바탕으로 연구방법론적인 측면에서 차별성 을 가지기 위해 개별 지역을 통합하는 동북3성 지역의 패널회귀분석을 시도하고 있다. 회귀분석모형은 노동력과 자본을 포함하는 지역경제성장 모형에서 수출, 수입, 그리고 수출입을 변수로 채택하고 있다. 분석결과 에 의하면 러시아와의 수출, 수입, 그리고 수출입은 모두 동북3성의 지 역경제성장에 양(+)의 효과가 있으며 또한 통계적 유의성을 가진다. 이 는 동북3성과 러시아의 교역이 지역경제성장에 있어서 중요한 의의를 가지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 개별 지역적인 측면에서는 흑룡강성의 지역경제성장에 대한 영향이 상대적으로 현저한 것으로 나타나고 있다.
