This study explores the relationship between innovative factors and innovativeoutcome of small industrial complex. This study employes path analysis based on thetheories in innovative cluster The results are as follows: First, network factor could beevaluated as highly impacted factor for innovative outcome . Second, It was very important factors that collective learnnig and labour market affect Innovative outcomeby direct effect. Third, relation hypotheses between agglomeration effect, labourmarket and supporting system was denied.

본 연구의 목적은 소규모 산업단지의 혁신요인와 혁신성과의 영향관계를 실증적으로규명하기 위함이다. 본고는 혁신클러스터 이론을 중심으로 경로분석을 채택하여 분석을실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 네크워크 요인이 총효과 측면에서 혁신성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 집단학습요인은 직접효과 측면에서 혁신성과에 영향을 미치는 중요요인으로 평가되었다. 셋째, 집적효과, 노동시장, 지원체계 사이의 관계가설은 기각되었다.
