The purpose of this study is to offer more accurate information in whole spine examination of 3 spot DR through the comparative study about image distortion as making the flat phantom and measuring horizontal, vertical ratio and cobb angle of the virtual. We produced H(40cm) x V(116cm) x D(2.3cm) flat acrylic phantom with lattice type of lead plate. We took projection respectively 3 times, total 9 times in each equipments using manufactured phantom as changing OFD to 6, 12, 18 cm. We measured a horizontal and vertical length of lead lattice and calculated the ratio. As appointing arbitrary points in the phantom and we measured cobb angle. The results of horizontal, vertical ratio measured CR type 0.98~1.01, scan DR type 0.96~0.97 and 3 spot DR 0.99~1.01. Cobb angle measured 52.5~53.3o, 52.1~54.3o and 52.8~53.2o. Finally we can say that 3 spot DR method is an accurate method without any distortion in whole spine radiography.

본 연구의 목적은 평면 모형의 가로, 세로 비율과 가상 cobb의 각도를 측정하는 등의 화상의 왜곡에 대한 비교 연구를 통해 3 spot DR 척추 전장 촬영 방법의 정확한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 팬텀은 H(40cm) x V(116cm) x D(2.3cm) 크기로 납판이 삽입 된 격자형 아크릴로 만들었다. 제작 모형을 사용하여 각 장비에 각각 3회, OFD를 변경하여 총 9회 촬영하였고 납 격자의 가로, 세로 길이와 비율을 측정하였다. 또한 모형에서 임의의 지점을 지정하여 Cobb 각도를 측정하였다. 가로 세로 비율은 CR은 0.98~1.01, scan DR은 0.96~0.97, 3 spot DR은 0.99~1.01로 측정되었다. Cobb 각도는 각각 52.5~53.3o, 52.1~54.3o, 52.8~53.2o로 측정되었다. 실험 결과에 의해 평면 모형을 이용한 본 연구에서 척추 전장 촬영을 위한 3 spot DR 촬영 방식의 영상은 왜곡이 없는 정확한 방법이다.
