This study analyzed the influence relationship of community businesses' success factors and support factors ongoals in 5 West Sea islands. As research methods, it conducted a survey with experts in academia and publicinstitutions concerning them, and analyzed the effects of the success factors and support factors on their goals. As the methods of the analysis, a factorial analysis was carried out to assess the validity and thecharacteristics of the community businesses’ success factors and support factors, and a one-way ANOVA wascarried out to verify whether the difference in the mean of the experts’ career is statistically significant. Lastly, a multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the effects of the success factors and supportfactors on the community businesses’ goals.

본 연구는 서해5도서 마을기업의 성공요인과 지원요인이 마을기업 목표에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 기존연구를 바탕으로 마을기업의 성공요인과 지원요인을 세부적으로 도출하고, 서해5도서 마을기업과 관련된 학계, 공공기관의 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 마을기업의 목표, 성공요인과 지원요인간 영향을 분석하였다. 분석방법은마을기업의 성공요인 및 지원요인의 타당성과 요인특성을 평가하기 위해 요인분석을 실시하였으며 전문가 근무경력에 대한 평균의 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한가를 검정하기 위해 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 최종적으로, 성공요인과 지원요인이 마을기업 목표에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 서해5도서 마을기업 육성 정책 마련뿐만 아니라 침체된 서해5도서의 경제 및 사회적 활성화를 도모하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.
