The purpose of this study is to give information to sports women who hope for sports administrator in their career choice by exploring the career choice process and business-related phenomenon of sports woman within the sports administration who plays a key role for the development of physical education. The in-depth talk was carried out after selecting 5 respondents who were cooperative in this study. For this study findings are as follows. As a result of the career choice process of sports woman in the field of sports administration, it was classified largely as 3 types, that is, past, present and future. For the subcategory of this classification, it was classified as hope, difficulty, and effort.
